These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") apply to all users of the boll8 platform accessible at boll8.org. 2. Account Registration and KYC Verification

During registration you must provide the following information accurately. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund:

boll8 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on boll8 are processed through locally supported payment platforms. boll8 does not accept cash, wire transfers, or payment methods not listed on the platform at the time of the transaction.

Deposit Terms

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to a boll8 account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no upper limit imposed by boll8, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. boll8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment platforms.

Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests submitted from a boll8 account:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with incomplete or failed KYC will have withdrawal requests held pending resolution.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. boll8 does not support withdrawals to a different account or payment provider than the one used to deposit.
• boll8 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

boll8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be met before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and are not available for withdrawal until wagering requirements are satisfied. Unused bonus balances expire after the period specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Each player is eligible for the welcome bonus on their first deposit only. Welcome bonuses cannot be claimed more than once, regardless of whether the account is closed and re-opened.
• boll8 may, at its sole discretion, modify the terms of any promotion, cancel a promotion before its scheduled end date, or remove an individual player from a promotion if abuse or irregular play is detected.
• Bonuses obtained by circumventing platform rules — including the use of multiple accounts, VPN manipulation, or collusion with other players — will be voided and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

boll8 does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific bonus or promotion. Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without prior notice.

5. Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct

boll8 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, and voluntary self-exclusion. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on boll8. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and any outstanding balance forfeited pending investigation:

boll8 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and relevant regulatory bodies. Information about accounts suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct may be disclosed to such authorities in accordance with applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the boll8 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, user interface elements, and the boll8 brand name — is the exclusive property of boll8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No other rights are granted.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any content from boll8 without the prior written consent of boll8. Unauthorised use of boll8 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, boll8 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, delays in payment processing, or inaccuracies in odds or game data.

boll8's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits boll8's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by boll8's proven negligence.

8. Amendments, Termination, and Governing Law

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of applicable bonus balances will be returned to your verified payment method.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
